Our governance
Clear responsibilities, an evolving structure
Human Sea Bridge is a French nonprofit organisation under the 1901 law. The Executive Committee currently leads operations and follows sensitive cases.
Version 2.0 of the statutes, approved by the Executive Committee and submitted to an Extraordinary General Meeting, provides for a separate Board of Directors. An ethics and scientific committee and an ambassador network are future projects and are not yet constituted.

Operational leadership, day-to-day decisions and oversight of sensitive cases.

A separate body for strategy and oversight, to be established after statutory adoption.

An independent perspective on intervention doctrine, ethics and protection.
