Governance & transparency

A human-scale organisation built to cooperate responsibly

We distinguish what is currently in place, what is subject to statutory approval and what belongs to future development.

Our governance

Clear responsibilities, an evolving structure

Human Sea Bridge is a French nonprofit organisation under the 1901 law. The Executive Committee currently leads operations and follows sensitive cases.

Version 2.0 of the statutes, approved by the Executive Committee and submitted to an Extraordinary General Meeting, provides for a separate Board of Directors. An ethics and scientific committee and an ambassador network are future projects and are not yet constituted.
